Privacy policy

How Practice Sheet Lab handles practice requests and contact messages.

Practice Sheet Lab does not request student names or accounts. This pilot has no advertising. Google Analytics 4 is optional: its pageview tag loads only after you choose Accept in the analytics consent panel. You can change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer.

Practice requests and aggregate counts

When you explicitly generate a preset worksheet or quiz, your browser sends the tool name, chosen settings and version code to the site service so it can return questions and an answer key. We record a daily aggregate count for successful explicit generator actions by tool. This count stores the day, tool name and total; it does not store your inputs, answers, IP address or an individual identifier. Opening a shared version does not increment the count.

Custom text entered into puzzle, handwriting and spelling tools stays in your browser. We do not ask you to enter personal information into those fields. A successful custom-tool action sends only the tool name to our service for the daily aggregate count, independently of your optional Google Analytics choice.

On a hosted version of the site, Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers to deliver pages and protect the service. A shared worksheet URL contains a version code and settings, but no student name.
